# Opportunity

Today we are in a unique and fascinating moment in the history of humanity, to address this opportunity, mainly for three pillars: 

1\) The [status quo](/exponential-healthtech-dao-1/massive-transformative-purpose/status-quo.md) in health care has become unacceptable, globally, being evidenced by the pandemic that people deserve and request something much better, that adapts to their needs, desires and health problems. 

2\) Various [exponential technologies](/exponential-healthtech-dao-1/exponential-technologies.md) are maturing, blending, and empowering with diverse successful use cases, lower implementation costs, and global reach. 

3\) The development of [Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs)](/exponential-healthtech-dao-1/decentralized-autonomous-organization-dao.md), which allow connecting with the main minds in a specific niche, generating networks and collaboration synergies with a common goal. 

Therefore, at Exponential Healthtech DAO, we are working and taking charge of this great [problem](/exponential-healthtech-dao-1/massive-transformative-purpose/problem.md) and opportunity identified with a [Massive Transformative Purpose (MTP) “Health becomes a reality”](/exponential-healthtech-dao-1/massive-transformative-purpose.md).
