# Global Community

DAOs are a community-owned business model, on the web3, that share common incentives and interests, which have the potential to revolutionize the way we organize, work, invest and achieve global purposes, in a totally transparent, geographically decentralized and autonomous way with smart contracts. 

For these reasons, at Exponential Healthtech DAO, we focus on building a strong, dynamic, vibrant and specialized community in digital health, which generates commercial synergies, collaboration networks and adds value to grow collectively with Founders, Influencers, Game Changers & Managing Partners of VC, Y Combinator, CB Insights and 94 unicorns. 

In addition, all the strategic, tactical and operational decisions of the DAO are based on debates, analysis and voting by the community, by owning the native tokens $EHTDAO (GT and LP), enjoying a sense of belonging, fun, benefits, passive income and dividends.
