# Competition & Differentiation

The "Cements" (Insurers, Clinics, Hospitals, Medical Centers, Laboratories, Pharmacies, traditional and fragmented Health Systems) are bureaucratic, rigid, centralized, inefficient, local and slow entities to respond, which have collapsed health systems globally due to the pandemic, by historically focusing on “sick care” and payment for health benefits. 

This is the competition and [status quo](/exponential-healthtech-dao-1/massive-transformative-purpose/status-quo.md) that we want to break down, by differentiating ourselves with a new way of delivering a unique, sublime and comprehensive experience to people, throughout their health process end to end, leveraging on a [Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO)](/exponential-healthtech-dao-1/decentralized-autonomous-organization-dao.md) and a vibrant [global community of healthtech specialists](/exponential-healthtech-dao-1/decentralized-autonomous-organization-dao/global-community.md) with a collective intelligence and innovations with a [common purpose “health becomes a reality”](/exponential-healthtech-dao-1/massive-transformative-purpose.md), capable of changing the world.
